1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there are any delays due to high order volume or product availability, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs, weather, or global shipping delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees to resend returned packages

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While shipping delays are rare, they may occur due to carriers or customs. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us with your order number
  • We will assist in tracking the package or arranging a replacement when applicable

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
