Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items that are damaged or used cannot be returned unless the damage occurred during shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final-sale products
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification. Once approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund, depending on your preference
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
6. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
